Process Overview
Purchase or lease
Purchase or lease a new HP Designjet T1300 44-in PostScript ePrinter, HP Designjet T7100 Printer or HP Designjet Z6200 60-in Photo Printer between February 1, 2012 and April 30, 2012. Submit the online claim form by May 31, 2012.
Claim Form
Complete the online claim form by May 31, 2012. You are required to return the eligible existing trade-in printer and its ink delivery system components to HP for recycling in order to receive the full cash back value (except where Federal or State regulations do not allow). You will receive a confirmation page and quote number upon submission—please print out for your records. You will need to reference your quote number for all questions relating to this promotion.
Submission Instructions
Your online claim form must be submitted by May 31, 2012, and then your proof of purchase/lease must be faxed, emailed or postmarked within thirty (30) days of your claim submission date or by June 30, 2012, whichever date occurs first. The trade-in printer must be picked up by HP's designated freight carrier within thirty (30) days of receipt of the shipping instructions or by July 31, 2012, whichever occurs first.
Cash back
Once your claim documentation is verified, allow 8 weeks from the time your claim is complete to get your cash-back check.
